Level 3 Courses
Level 3 courses provide education and training at an intermediate level, usually to those with a level 1 or level 2 knowledge on the subject. In accordance with the RQF (Regulatory Qualifications Framework), a level 3 course would normally be taken in Years 12 to 13 - most commonly known as A-Levels or AS Levels - after completing GCSEs. However, level 3 courses are not exclusive to academia, covering also vocational courses including awards, diplomas and Level 3 certificates in various subject areas and professions such as administration, in addition to certain apprenticeships, and some NVQs. These vocational courses can be taken as online courses, full-time, part-time, and at local colleges or education centers in the UK and abroad.
